There are 2 lockers in the city center and both are relatively close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon:

Near the Vatican Museums

The storage cost is 2 euros / hour for one chamber in which up to 4 suitcases are placed. Opening hours from 8 am to 8 pm. The cameras are fully automatic, you will need a credit card to pay. You can reserve a cell in advance on the company's website.
Leaving your luggage, you can go to lunch at one of the hundreds of local restaurants.

At Termini Station
At Termini Station, a luggage room is open every day from 6:00 to 23:00. The cameras are located on Via Giolitti, behind the Coin store if you go from the main entrance. Inside the train station, follow the signs for Ritiro bagagli (Baggage claim).
- Cost: for each bag, 6 euros for the first 5 hours, 0.90 euros / hour for the 6th to 12th hour, and 0.40 euros for each hour after.
For example, if you leave 2 suitcases for 8 hours, then the storage cost will be 2x (6 + 3 × 0.9) = 17.4 euros.

At Fiumicino Airport
At Fiumicino Airport, a left-luggage office is located in the arrivals area of Terminal 3, it works every day from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., cost up to 24 hours is 6 euros / baggage unit. It makes sense to leave luggage here for a long transfer in Rome.
